FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Walchem has raised the bar for water treatment controllers!

After two years of product development and seven months of field-testing, we’re pleased to introduce the W400 Class of cooling tower and boiler controllers. The W400 Class represents the latest technology and innovation from Walchem. All of the standard features that our customers expect from a conventional water treatment controller are included, plus simple to use information management tools that enable water treatment professionals to deliver more effective service to their customers.

W400 controllers have the ability to store sensor and temperature values, water usage, relay and flow switch status, and user-programmed settings. A USB memory stick is all that’s needed to extract the information. Walchem’s W300 cooling tower and boiler controllers are market leaders, and have been the workhorse of the industry for over 10 years. They’ve earned a reputation for quality, reliability, and ease-of-use. Throughout the W400 development and field-testing process, our customers reminded us not to change the things that made the W300 so successful. So, our engineers were careful to maintain the same “look and feel” of the W300, while adding hardware and software features that will enable us to meet the future demands of our customers and stay well ahead of the competition.

The new USB features in the W400 controllers give water treatment companies the tools they need to deliver more effective water management services to their customers. These tools were previously available to them only in more expensive controllers.
